Yes — browsing, posting a request and messaging are free. Payment for the work is arranged directly with the helper.
How do I find a helper?
Search the catalogue by service, city and filters, or post a request and let verified helpers come to you. Learn more →
How are helpers checked?
Every listed helper has a moderated Verified Profile (Level 1); higher levels add ID verification and references from families (rolling out as we grow). Learn more →
How does payment work?
You agree the rate and pay the helper directly. GetHelpy takes no commission and doesn't process payment.
What is “My children” for?
A private list so requests pre-fill the right ages and needs — only you see it, never shown publicly. Learn more →
