Your rights at a glance
1. Controller & contact
GetHelpy (gethelpy.app) is the data controller for personal data processed on the platform, established in the Republic of Cyprus. For any data-protection matter, contact privacy@gethelpy.app.
2. How to exercise your rights
Use the controls in Settings for access, export and deletion, or email us. We verify your identity and respond within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests, with notice). There is no fee for reasonable requests.
3. Consent & withdrawal
Where we rely on consent (for example optional cookies), you can withdraw it at any time — from Settings or the cookie controls — without affecting processing that already took place.
4. International transfers
Your data is processed within the EU/EEA wherever possible. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by the GDPR.
5. Right to complain
If you believe your data is not handled lawfully, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
