Verification levels

• 🟢 Reviewed — every helper profile is checked by a moderator before it goes live.
• 🔵 ID verified — the helper has uploaded a government ID document.
• 🟣 Background check on file — the helper has provided a police clearance certificate.

We display the documents helpers provide. Always meet first and use your own judgement.

Privacy & messaging

• Communication goes through secure in-app messaging.
• Phone numbers and contacts are not shared automatically.
• Children’s details are only shown to a helper after you confirm.
